大家都知道第一印象的重要性。老美是很讲效益的，但和人第一次见面时，他们往往会先问一些无关紧要的问题。这叫做"Breaking the ice(establish a rapport )"。

求职面试的时候他们也是一样，一见面通常都会问：

How are you today?

Did you have any trouble finding this place?

How did you get here?

是不是为面试官友好的问话和语调感到吃惊了?其实他们只是想让你放松一下，让面试在一个轻松的气氛中开始，所以你也只需客套的回答一下就可以，例如"Fine, thank you."之类。

面试时最重要的部分是谈你的experience and qualifications。qualification包括你所受过的教育和培训，而experience就是你曾经做过的、与你要申请的工作有直接或间接关系的.工作经历。

对于换工作跳槽的人来说，教育都是发生在过去的事情，所以记住要用过去时态来讲。例如：

2) try to master all of the skills used in the project and as well as the business , try to fix any issues whenever possible.

3) help team members to archive the level I have and catch the skills others have, learn from each other and help each other

4) junior team members would have some obstacle on sql programming I would help them and share technique knowledge with them

5) if i have some problems on any skills i would ask help from google first , if not lucky, i would ask help from team members who is good at resolving it , like git, deploy building up scripts and so on
